As Aniston begins performing bicycle crunches, her Great Pyrenees mix, Lord Chesterfield, and her Schnauzer mix, Clyde, utilise her mat as a platform for a game of tug-of-war, seemingly oblivious to the fact that they are positioned underneath a kicking Aniston.
The Friends graduate then goes on to kettlebell squats or attempts to move on to them, only to capture Lord Chesterfield’s attention. Moreover, guess what? He wants to join in the workout enjoyment. So he approaches his dog’s mother and acts as a true cheerleader. Clyde is the tug-of-war champion since he lounges at the end of Aniston’s mat with his plush toy.

However, having some of the prettiest fitness pals around the neighbourhood for encouragement would enable anyone (even someone as fit as Aniston!) to quickly get through an intensive workout, although her dogs smothered her.
