The new mother, who welcomed baby Wyatt Isabelle into the world in October with partner Ashton Kutcher, showed off her trim figure in a blue midriff-baring blouse.

She teamed the stylish ensemble with a pair of skinny black ankle-length trousers and a trendy pair of patent leather flats to match.

The 31-year-old kept her dark tresses hidden in a vintage-inspired black cloche hat while wearing minimal make-up.

In a recent interview on the Conan show Mila opened up about the joys of being a first-time mum and the new body that has come with it.

When asked about her new curves, she said: “Boy did these things grow. I don’t know how to deal with them because I’ve never had them.

“I always dress for a flat chested girl and all of a sudden I’m busty and I’m like ‘Whoa check it out!’ this is amazing for me! It’s a whole new world.”

Show host Conan O’Brien, 51, asked the Hollywood actress if people reacted differently to her now, since becoming more “busty”.

Mila laughed, saying: “No they do. Men actually look at my boobs, I’ve never had that happen before, because they’re just there!

“Oh can you see them? [feels] Oh yeah see I have boobs guys!”

Conan quizzed Mila: “You must feel differently, you must move differently when you have the larger chestal area?”

The mother-one-one said: “Hey mom! No you do, well I have to dress differently. Well first of all I needed to start wearing bras, that was a whole new experiment for me, like what are these things that people wear?! Now I have to.”
